So I have now looked at the key features of the budget and what do I conclude? Without seeing the nitty gritty and assuming that the East of England does not include the East Midlands, why won't we all create a new business and transfer everything to the new business so that we will not pay NHI? I am sure there will be a long list of exclusions and exceptions in the nitty gritty!!
And they are reducing the rate of Corp tax but NOT small companies rate. So to generate wealth takes lots of new small businesses but no tax breaks for them! Irish!! Unless of course this is the NHI freeby! But why should I create a new business to do this!
And who has kept the economy going during the recession? The only people whose income has remained constant - those receiving benefits. So tackling the benefits system may not help the recovery.

Just the ramblings of a business owner who has yet to feel better off from 4 decades of budgets!
